Overview

JST is currently seeking Curriculum Development SME to join our team.

This is a full-time ONSITE position at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The SME plays a crucial role in supporting the curriculum development for GCCS-J Advanced Systems training. This involves collaborating with the curriculum development manager (CDM) and instructors to ensure the training material is comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with the technical and operational aspects of the GCCS-J systems.

Curriculum Development SME Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GCCS-J Training Manager and CDM in curriculum development and enhancement.
• Provide expertise in GCCS-J Advanced Systems to inform training material and course development.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and provision of Government-owned curriculum across various media.
• Contribute subject matter expertise for course material to ensure it reflects current technologies and methodologies.

Curriculum Development SME Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field.
• 6 experience in GCCS-J systems, curriculum development, and instructional design.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining technical training materials and programs.
• Certifications: Relevant professional and technical certifications associated with GCCS-J systems and instructional design preferred.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• DoD Secret Clearance or (A higher clearance level may be required depending on the course content & student audience)
• MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
