Curriculum Specialist designs and develops employee learning programs in align with organization goal and training needs. Consults with subject matter experts to provide course content and training curriculum. Being a Curriculum Specialist tracks employee performance and measures training outcomes. Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. Additionally, Curriculum Specialist requires a bachelor's degree.
