Curriculum Specialist designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Conducts skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Curriculum Specialist consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Specialist writes and edits outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. May coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Curriculum Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Telecommunications Tower Technician to join our team as a Level 3 technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams of technicians on complex projects, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
    • Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
    • Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
    • Train and mentor junior technicians
    Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
