Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum to reflect learning needs. Being a Curriculum Specialist, Sr. conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. May design computer-based training course. Additionally, Curriculum Specialist, Sr. may accelerate training during introduction of the new curriculum. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Manager. The Curriculum Specialist, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
