Custodial Manager - Casino jobs in Leominster, MA

Green Gold Group is seeking an experienced custodial professional to join our team! The successful candidate will perform a variety of cleaning tasks and other related maintenance tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards of the Green Gold Group, the Cannabis Control Commission and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts health and safety codes.

• Responsible for daily cleaning including dusting, mopping, stripping/waxing, high dusting (removal of fingermarks), and general cleaning tasks including: glass doors, mirrors, bathrooms, removal of trash and replacing light bulbs.
• Provides clean-up of production areas as necessary
• Moves office furniture or other small to medium-sized objects to facilitate cleaning
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and provides supplies needed to the Maintenance Manager
• Informs Maintenance Manager of maintenance problems observed in the course of work
• Use of a ladder or operation of a personal hydraulic lift to reach elevated locations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year institutional cleaning/maintenance experience.
• Must have the ability to follow directions and be able to work from work orders.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Must possess valid driver’s license or have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred
• Must be minimum 21 years of age
• Able to traverse 153,000 sq ft facility to perform duties
• Satisfactory completion of background/CORI mandatory as condition of employment offer
