Custodian jobs in Queens Village, NY

The Custodian I uses cleaning tools and other products to create a clean, healthy environment. Cleans and maintains buildings, facilities, and equipment. Being a Custodian I may need to have basic maintenance skills. Removes and disposes trash, recycling, and other waste following the appropriate policies. In addition, Custodian I may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Custodian I works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
