    Position Overview

    We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition & Sales Growth Manager . This fully remote position offers the chance to work from home, learn from experienced professionals across multiple time zones, and benefit from mentorship from our leadership team. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking someone with a desire to grow into a leadership role within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Use virtual communication tools to manage and support team members across various locations and time zones.
    • Learn from and receive mentorship from the leadership team, developing valuable leadership and management skills.
    • Drive growth and success in our service operations by implementing best practices and contributing to process improvements.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions and operations.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in management or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate remote teams.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a virtual work environment.
    • A strong desire to learn, grow, and advance into a leadership role within the company.
    • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
