  • We are looking for an enthusiastic high performer who can both create deliverables on time, with accuracy and efficiency as an individual contributor, but also liaise and lead teams to deliver a wide variety of solutions for user experience, knowledge support & training, communications, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) for the Evergreen program.  Expertise in collaborating with technical and non-technical team members to develop and evolve solutions to meet customer needs and business objectives will be critical to the role.

    In this role, you will assess the user and business workflow impact of Microsoft end-user applications, provide recommendations for improvements where possible, and create deliverables to ensure smooth transitions for end-users. No coding is required.

    Job Summary:
    The Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for delivering best-in-class user experiences to meet the needs of current and potential customers and support revenue growth.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
    Represent end-user needs during the impact evaluation, implementation, and launch of solutions with the goal of improving usability and adoption by end-users.
    • Manage continual identification, development, prioritization, tracking, implementation and analysis of customer experience cases
    • Develop, manage and analyze knowledge support and OCM strategy
    • Cultivate and communicate project milestones for assigned area(s) of project responsibility.
    • Conduct user research and compile results into user scenarios and related test scripts.
    • Produce user experience and knowledge support output reports
    Additional Responsibilities
    • Onsite visits to Cambridge, MA location as needed (<20%)
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    The Individual:
    • Great interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
    • Strong critical thinking and detailed  analytical skills, including data analysis in Excel
    • Strong proficiency and practical application with MS Office 365 Applications (Outlokk, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).  SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams a plus.
    • Ability to communicate, coordinate with, and influence a range of stakeholders
    • Ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
    Qualifications:
    • BA/BS degree
    • 5 to 7 years of related experience in experience management, user experience design or experience analytics environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated experience managing change initiatives
