The CER is responsible for helping patients either by phone or in person with billing questions and inquiries. The CER is also responsible for taking payments for accounts. This includes preparing payment for posting, working reports to send statements to patients, and setting patients up on payment plans. Must have computer experience and have the ability to work under pressure and the conditions of frequent interruptions, superior customer service skills and the ability to ask for money.
