We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about fashion, has experience selling, and wants to help support our sales staff for the best prom season yet!

    As a Customer Experience Assistant Manager at Alexandra’s Boutique, you set the tone for the store and the team and help bring our brand to life for our customers. You work directly with our sales staff on the floor and in the dress rooming to provide the ultimate customer experience and to drive sales. You are responsible for driving profitable sales growth through ensuring the best customer experience, merchandising, and staff development and training. You are responsible for supporting the execution of the store’s strategy to achieve performance goals through collaboration with others on the management team and you will teach and coach behaviors to leads and associates to cultivate a high performing team to deliver the best experience to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    · Build effective teams and promote a culture of high performance and customer satisfaction

    · Support the performance goals and developmental plans for the store

    · Support the strategies and processes of the store using a customer-centric mindset that drives sales

    · Act as a leader and set an example for all leads and associates with an unbelievably positive attitude

    · Ensure consistent execution of store policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    · 1-3 years of retail sales experience minimum

    · High school graduate or equivalent

    · Effective verbal/written communicator with customers and staff

    · Determined to effectively lead and inspire others to learn and grow through coaching

    · Ability to lift or carry 50lbs or more

    · Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

    · Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—weekends are essential

    · Passionate about retail and a fast-paced environment

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $48,000.00 per year
