- The Customer Experience Coordinator I is responsible for providing world class customer service and support through phone and email/case communications while navigating multiple screens and programs. Efficient and accurate record keeping, and product knowledge is essential, while maintaining open and professional working relationships with the CE team and multiple Conmed BU’s. Key Duties and Responsibilities Process customer orders/changes/returns in accordance with CONMED policies. Rectify product or service issues by solving customer complaints and following up in a timely manner to ensure proper resolution. Respond to customer and internal partners by providing accurate, valid, and complete information. Partner with customer service and sales team members to meet and exceed customer service expectations. Identify and resolve shipping issues when needed. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve client satisfaction. Maintain pleasant and positive disposition with customers. Meet or exceed all individual and team goals and SLA’s as assigned. Escalate other issues/concerns to direct Supervisor or management as needed. Other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or Equivalency 2 years in a customer service/ contact center environment Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree 2 years experience resolving customer issues that involve engaging multiple internal/external parties Basic computer skills Strong interpersonal skills & ability to effectively communicate with customers Ability to actively listen and problem solve for timely resolution. Ability to manage multiple tasks Exceptional organizational skills This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $22.00. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The hourly pay rate range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
