JOB OVERVIEW

The Customer Experience Specialist (CX Specialist) is responsible for the promotion, daily maintenance, and operation of the Inventory Management program (VMI).
Local travel required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain relationships within the VMI customer base
• Act as liaison between customers and salesforce
• Capture data for new VMI opportunities
• Populate and maintain VMI records within the appropriate software databases
• Evaluate customer stocking levels of VMI records based upon usage
• Capture, manage, and deliver VMI orders
• Manage local crib room inventory
• Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated w/ positive attitude
• Strong customer service and active listening skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail skills
• Strong time management and multi-task skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Proficient computer skills w/ the ability to learn new software
• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics
• 1 years of inventory control or purchase order experience

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
