Our Customer Experience Coordinator position is a terrific opportunity to support Sales for a dynamic, fast paced, entrepreneurial company.  This opportunity is based in our corporate office in Atlanta.  Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to:

• Sales support functions
• Phone based customer support
• Computer based order processing
• Complex product lists
• Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
• Maintaining customer database and history
• Producing reports

Qualified candidates will offer a wide range of skills and experience to include:

• 5-7 years in customer service roles
• Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact
• Managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines
• Strong verbal communication
• Computer savvy – Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP type programs, Pentagon exp ideal
• Engaging and professional presentation
• Organized, focused, and team oriented
