Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Maintain office files and records
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
This position requires previous experience in a clerical or office setting. Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
