Responsibilities:

You will reach out to customers to make sure they have had an exceptional experience at the dealership.

You will manage and organize incoming concerns from customers.

You will handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits.

You will develop a trusting relationship with all customers and fellow employees.

You will maintain accurate and complete information about any customer concerns, tracking progress until completion.

You will take extra steps to engage customers when a need is detected, often before you are asked to do so.

You will work with other dealership personnel to resolve any customer questions or concerns.

You will develop a fluent understanding of the automotive manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:

You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic.

You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.

You have at least one year of prior employment involving customer facing service or telephone contact.

You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.

You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.

Restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality experience would be helpful.

You have strong computer and multi-tasking skills.
