Responsibilities:

• You will reach out to customers to make sure they have had an exceptional experience at the dealership.
• You will manage and organize incoming concerns from customers.
• You will handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits.
• You will develop a trusting relationship with all customers and fellow employees.
• You will maintain accurate and complete information about any customer concerns, tracking progress until completion.
• You will take extra steps to engage customers when a need is detected, often before you are asked to do so.
• You will work with other dealership personnel to resolve any customer questions or concerns.
• You will develop a fluent understanding of the automotive manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic.
• You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
• You have at least one year of prior employment involving customer facing service or telephone contact.
• You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
• You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
• Restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality experience would be helpful.
• You have strong computer and multi-tasking skills.
