Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of clients, and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client information accurately and maintain confidentiality of medical records
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living principles and practices
- Familiarity with tube feeding and catheter care systems
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
