Customer Experience Coordinator jobs in Santa Ana, CA

Position:

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator that has a passion for assisting guests and resolving questions and issues. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for processing inbound calls & inquiries, as well as making outbound calls to assist guests. They will support the Group Sales team with administrative tasks, such as updating of databases, spreadsheets and other documents as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Some college coursework or a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years experience in Guest Services or Sales; Hospitality or Theme park experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking
• A consummate professional with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Galaxy Reservation System experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Part- time, including weekends
