Customer Information Center Manager is responsible for managing the customer information center staff, activity, and goals. Ensures that staff has all necessary information needed to provide technical support to end-users of the organization's products. Being a Customer Information Center Manager may interact with teams responsible for installation/implementation to ensure client expectations are met.
