Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Description

    The General Manager is responsible for the operations and profitability of the store. They will work to achieve business goals set by the Principal(s). They will interface with staff, law enforcement, vendors, owners, etc. They are responsible for providing leadership and oversight to various departments, and work with ownership to monitor company progress and growth. They are also responsible for keeping up with any changes in local and state law regarding cannabis retail, as well as ensuring that all employees are compliant at all times.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and plan to achieve monthly and quarterly financial goals set by principal(s)
    • Provide leadership to all levels of organization
    • Develop new business strategies in order to grow the business/increase revenue
    • Instill business plan to all employees
    • Hire, train, and maintain a capable staff
    • Define and implement policies and performance standards
    • Create a dispensary schedule and ensure proper staffing at all times
    • Process payroll in an accurate and timely manner
    • Handle customer queries and complaints
    • Oversee product inventory, financial records, and compliance reporting
    • Oversee store’s compliance with all applicable local, state/provincial, and federal laws and regulations
    • Handle compliance violations
    • Oversee incoming and outgoing cash
    • Spearhead marketing initiatives to drive dispensary sales

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Massachusetts cannabis industry and guidelines set forth by CCC
    • 4 years in a General Manager or Assistant Manager position
    • Experienced in managing a staff of 15 people
    • Problem solving and crisis management skills
    • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Exceptional time management
    • Self-driven
    • Minimum 21 years of age
    • Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
    • Must pass any and all required background checks
    • Must possess current state cannabis worker license or permit (if applicable)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
