Customer Information Center Manager is responsible for managing the customer information center staff, activity, and goals. Ensures that staff has all necessary information needed to provide technical support to end-users of the organization's products. Being a Customer Information Center Manager may interact with teams responsible for installation/implementation to ensure client expectations are met. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
