Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Posting SummaryOversee systems administration, design and analysis to optimize business systems. Serve as the bridge to connect the needs of end users throughout PACE functional areas with technical solutions and ensure systems involving CRM, marketing tools, and website are functioning properly to better meet the needs of our student population. Take primary responsibility for data quality used by PACE to support students in their pursuit of learning and career goals. Leads, directs, and reviews the work of team members, Web Programmer and Web Content Manager, to accomplish operational plans and results. Assist with departmental data analysis projects, providing expertise around CRM and Inbound Marketing. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Establish project priorities to align with strategic organizational goals. Create and define scope and schedule of development and maintenance for information/data analysis projects. Provide training, support, and documentation to users on data systems; work on special projects as assigned. Reports to Manager of Information Systems and Online Learning.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, business administration or related field and 3-5 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination required. Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience required. Data analysis experience required. Demonstrated skills in IT project management, and attention to detail required. Supervisor experience such as work prioritization, coaching and process execution required. Effective interpersonal, communication and analytical skills required. Demonstrated knowledge of basic programming/scripting, web development, and experience with Information Security best practices required. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment required.

- Salesforce Developer certification
- HubSpot inbound marketing
- WordPress CMS
- Familiarity with Banner Student Information System.
- Experience in Power BI, including data transformation, modeling, and visualization.
- SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with other reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience in a higher education environment.
Other InformationRemote work negotiable in accordance with the university telecommuting policy.
