Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. About the Position:
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing a property or property group within our portfolio. Your primary role involves maintaining the overall physical condition of our properties, ensuring they remain in top-notch shape. This includes conducting general maintenance on apartment units, buildings, and grounds, as well as managing inventory for maintenance equipment, parts, and supplies with the support of the Community Manager.
Beyond your technical duties, a important aspect of your position involves mentoring and instructing other team members. Being a proactive leader, you'll conduct inspections and repairs adhering to company procedures. Your commitment guarantees the swift and proficient completion of all maintenance assignments. You'll be a key player on our maintenance and property team, working closely with the Community Manager to support Regency goals and accomplishments together.
