Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Job Description

    Job Purpose:
    Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Technician will be a liaison for the interactions between the hardware and the human factor of Waterfall Community Health Center

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and soft skills for human interactions.
    • Positive personality and ability to de-escalate frustrated end-users.
    • Responsible for one or more components of staff training, printer support, software troubleshooting, and installation, repair, configuration, and modification of, and technical assistance with, computer hardware, software, and network systems.
    • Serve as a front-line resource for problem analysis and remediation for infrastructure and application platforms in collaboration with Vendors, with a focus on end-user, desktop, and peripheral support.
    • Grant and revoke security access to users for various systems within WCHC technology.
    • Serve as point of contact for telemedicine activities, including set up and testing of equipment, support of physicians and other providers, and scheduling of the equipment.
    • Keep abreast of current and developing policies and regulations as well as trends in the IT systems field to guide and advise the organization in conjunction with Vendor Support.
    • Answers technology inquiries of all types to streamline the help desk function process and refers appropriate technology questions to Vendor Support as necessary. 
    • Develop and maintain software and hardware inventory and approved tracking systems; develop inventory lists.
    • Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, and perform testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, printers, VoIP phones, data communication, and computer network systems in conjunction with Vendors. 
    • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

    Education and Experience:
    • 0 - 3 years of IT or Help Desk experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
    • Non-violent Crisis Intervention Comprehensive training class completed within 6 months of hire and recertify prior to the expiration date. 
    • Current American Health Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Card (BLS) or within 6 months of hire.

    Immunizations Required:
    • TB (test upon hire)

    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a desk working at a computer.
    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
    • Able to travel as needed.
