Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. JOB SUMMARY:
Reviews medical records after discharge for completeness in compliance with the hospitals bylaws, federal and state requirements. Assures that patient’s abstracts are correctly entered into the chart deficiency system. Monitors accounts being admitted daily for duplication of medical records numbers. Ensures that all transcribed reports are filed in a timely manner in the charts. Communicates with physicians about delinquent reports. Accountable for the accurate transcription of dictated reports. Assures the completion of incomplete medical records within the time frame as specified by the medical staff rules and regulations. Is familiar with requirements of the state and guidelines of timeframes for processing of the charts such as the History and Physical and Operatives report timeframes allowed.

Education/Certification: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Equipment/Technology: Ability to use hospital information system, and operate basic computer functions and software.
Language/Communication: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
