Administers and develops database of customer, research and industry information and deploys insight reporting used to support product development, category/brand management and sales initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Customer Insights Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
