Job Overview

Our customer insights managers work to provide GFIs sales executive team and sales managers with comprehensive, actionable, and functional reporting using both internal and external data sources. Analytics, data mining, and database familiarity are elements of this position

What You’ll Be Doing...Some of your duties may include:

• Create and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and management personnel to develop forecasts and examine the potential revenue effects of various proposals
• Present findings, along with forecasts and projections, to executives and management personnel with effective presentation skills
• Provide advice on increasing revenue and eliminating weaknesses within the company’s sales ecosystem

Things you need to be able to have:

• One year of experience in sales management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred or significant equivalent experience

Things that are a plus:

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, ability to work independently, ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and business managers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to recognize future trends and Detail-oriented.
• Strong computer skills needed.
