Team Lead Apprentice

We are seeking an apprentice for our new Team Lead role! In this role you will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue while learning to coach, train and develop staff members below you.

Responsibilities:

• Present services to new and existing customers
• Contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Train and oversee staff members helping customers
• Potential to run staff meetings and help with performance evaluations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with customers/clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role is helpful but not needed as we are looking for someone to grow with us.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour

Experience level:

• 1 year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Experience:

• Teamwork: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Riverside, CA (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
