Customer Insights Analyst analyzes customer and consumer data and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns, and insights. Assists in developing and conducting focus groups, surveys, competitor intelligence studies, and industry research to support product development, category/brand management and marketing or sales initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Analyst uses market research and statistical methodologies and tools to perform analysis. Performs data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain research databases. Additionally, Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Customer Insights Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This position works collaboratively with other employees under the supervision of the Systems Administrator. No direct reports.
Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing and office environment and routinely engages in hands-on support of IT equipment and peripheral devices.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, on-site position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday during day shift hours. Business meetings or project activities may occasionally require work be conducted after hours or on weekends. Off-hours support may be required from time to time to resolve urgent issues or perform maintenance tasks which should not be done during plant operational hours.
