Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations team to drive customer growth and revenue objectives.
- Develop compelling case studies and success stories in partnership with internal teams and clients.
- Promote customer advocacy by facilitating reviews on pertinent platforms and organizing engagement activities, including meetups and events.
- Partner with the marketing team to create and execute a strategic customer engagement playbook.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expanding the existing client portfolio.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client positioning and value propositions to inform marketing strategies.
- Achieve personal performance targets while supporting overall team success through growth initiatives.
- Create strategies to re-engage former clients and win back their business.
- Enhance and expand referral programs to leverage existing customer networks.
- Manage client communication strategies to ensure clients remain informed and engaged.
- Drive marketing efforts to introduce new offerings to current customers and foster expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain an accurate CRM that supports customer growth.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience within B2B SaaS; at least 2 years in customer marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing, with a solid grasp of paid advertising strategies and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive effective execution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven success in meeting customer growth metrics through data-driven strategies.
