As a Customer Service Representative CSR, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, resolving complex issues, and understanding and explaining a full range of products and services.
This role will act as the primary liaison to the clients and build critical relationships to assure customer satisfaction. Communications are primarily by way of telephone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, identifying their needs and resolving complex issues via telephone and electronic means.

- Interact with customers via phone, chat sessions, and email.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Intermediate technology skills, fluency in Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability for extended hours and weekends.
