The Recruitment and Retention Manager is an important part of supporting the mission and vision of the HR team. The Recruitment and Retention Manager is responsible for recruitment of candidates for employment, with a focus on increasing diversity, while ensuring compliance with District contracts, policies, and procedures as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Successful candidates will have the skill set to create, analyze, and maintain data reports to track recruitment and retention activities in order to make strategic decisions to improve recruitment and retention efforts in the district. Salary: Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Terms: This position allows for flexible working hours, full time position (40 hours/week). Most days will be working off-site. This will be a non-bargaining unit position and is eligible for benefits. Salary will be determined by work experience and education level.
