ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
This position reports to Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Access and Success and analyzes, plans, and creates complex data and report sets for academic and / or university program planning.
The Student Success Data and Retention Strategist will support UW-Green Bay student success by collecting, analyzing and presenting data in order to make recommendations to improve student success and retention.
The position will work collaboratively across the university to analyze data and determine efficacy of student success initiatives and resources in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
The specialist will collaborate with UW-Green Bay's four colleges and other departments to provide and analyze student success data specific to their areas.
This position will lead UW-Green Bay's Coordinated Care team, maintain and initiate processes to keep Navigate up to date, liaison with EAB technical support and respond to training requests as needed.
