The Medicare Basics

We are looking for career-minded individuals to join our customer service department to help in assisting and retaining our clients. We are a licensed, appointed, and certified Medicare secondary tele-digital agency/brokerage that has clients nationwide with various types of insurance plans As a customer service/retention agent, you will be helping our clients utilize their insurance to the best of their abilities.

We will train and help the right people get their insurance license while gaining on-the-job experience. A license will help you advance in your position, and take on more responsibilities, ultimately leading to more income. Experience and License determine starting pay.

Typical Duties

• Follow-ups with clients to ensure they are happy and understand how to use their insurance effectively.
• Helping clients find new doctors
• Assisting clients with billing issues that may arise
• Inbound and outbound calls

Helpful Experience

• Must have a basic computer skill set
• Proficient in medical and billing terminology
• 2-15 FL license in good standing (not required to start)
• Medical administrative experience is ideal but not required
