Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
In this position, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service to customers calling Salt Lake Express and/or entering the office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be creating/editing reservations for passengers and providing information for inquiries. Good computer skills are necessary to proficiently fulfill job requirements. Multiple shifts are available throughout the day, and we have part-time and full-time openings. This position requires employees to work every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
