What we need from you:
Support and develop a well-established team to ensure customer service levels are met
Track and manage all aspects of customer service data to ensure quality of follow-ups with strategic alignment
Ensure timely and accurate shipments, expedite internally, and communicate accurate ship dates to customer
Interface with customers and the internal team with a sales service orientation
Ability to understand and optimize shipping, and possess thorough knowledge of various carrier methods and options
Create a vision to take the team and service to the next level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Identify opportunities for improvements.
Work schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Must be flexible and work with team to ensure operation needs are covered

Requirements include:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Associates or Bachelors’ Degree preferred
· Minimum of 3 years proven supervisory experience in sales or customer service in product/manufacturing environment
· ISO knowledge and experience helpful
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
· Strong Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP software skills
· Prefer corrective action or quality system experience
· Prior experience with Salesforce helpful
