Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving store performance
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions and reporting
- Perform administrative tasks such as payroll processing, budgeting, and reporting

Requirements:
- Previous experience in store management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Ability to negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing and terms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
