Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Works with a Sales Planning and cross functional team in developing and deploying an 18-month business plan for the Burt's Bees business across all categories. Works with Sales Planning Team Leader on connected customer planning process, with assigned Sales Planning management responsibilities across grocery channel and strategic customer. In this role, you will: Partner with Category Planners and cross functional teams on development of 18-month strategic business plan and creation of sell-in materials for the field across channels Lead deployment, influence and training across the field of active business plans, business initiatives and performance through structured monthly calls and adhoc reporting Work with Sales Planning Team Leader on planning and execution of Connected Customer Planning process across all leading edge retailers Develop and track performance across key performance metrices across the grocery channel Partner with strategic customers (Wholefoods, Kohls, Kroger, Grocery/White Space) on connected customer and fiscal year planning to help set and drive quotas and business growth What we look for: Proven experience within the CPG industry Prefer knowledge of the beauty/naturals category, consumer and trends. Understanding of and curiosity for customer insights and competitive intelligence Strong analytical skills, with experience in data driven story telling Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100 –Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300 –Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
