Customer Segment Manager jobs in Malden, MA

Customer Segment Manager is responsible for all customer segment group research including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles to determine market segment requirements. Develops targeted product offerings or marketing campaigns based on customer profiles. Being a Customer Segment Manager provides information to sales and marketing teams to assist in the promotion of the organization's goods and/or services. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Segment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Segment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Segment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     This is an entry-level, temp to perm, field service position that is critical to our business with many company perks and benefits. You would provide support on various projects with a focus on equipment and software installation and customer training.

    You will have the opportunity to join a team of service representatives who provide best in class levels of customer service by:

    • Traveling to customer locations on a daily basis

    • Interacting with customers daily

    • Perform basic equipment and software installation, removal, preventative maintenance/cleaning

    • Providing customer training as required

    • Performing basic equipment troubleshooting and software installation

    • Evaluating equipment condition

    • Utilizing a phone application ticketing system to record daily activities

    • Interacting and working with internal field representatives

    • Maintaining a professional appearance


    Requirements

    The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Possess electro-mechanical skills and technical aptitude.

    • Be computer savvy

    • Have a flexible schedule and good customer relations skills.

    • Strong organization and time management skills

    • Ability to lift 65 lbs

    • Ability to drive extensively covering a large geographical area with occasional overnight stays

    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED (formal training/technical school courses a plus)

    • Prior field maintenance experience (preferred)

    • Demonstrate good technical aptitude

    • Basic Computer and Mathematical Skills

    • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work assignments

    • Excellent driving record
