Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Front Desk Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, assisting visitors and guests, answering inquiries, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs for guests
• Provide information about the company, services, and facilities to guests
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
