We currently have an opening for a Part-time Customer Service Associate position. This position starts at $14.50 and for Bilingual employees or associates with a valid Notary License $15. We are hiring 1 part time positions around 20 hours a week or one full time position for the right candidate. We do offer flexible schedules for students. We do pay for associates to get their Notary License for Oregon after 90 days.

This position is responsible for delivering world-class customer service to all retail customers. The ideal employee will exhibit confidence by knowing best practices related to our industry. They will ideally also have a minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma/GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, a relatively professional appearance (we are colored hair/tattoo/piercing friendly within reason), and will be a fast learner whom wants to learn the business. One of our goals is to provide a positive and enjoyable work experience for our associates, so they can do the best work possible, provide excellent service to our customers, and add value to the company.

All associates receives and processes packages for courier shipment, operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. Other duties include but are not limited to :

• Greet every customer in a friendly manner; determine customer needs while looking for opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through customer engagement and quality product delivery.
• Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and promote them to customers.
• Operate Printers/copiers, fax machines, binding equipment and other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner.
• Help customers operate office machines located in retail area.
• Receive and prepare documents for printing.
• Ability to learn /operate software packages.
• Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes accurately.
• Record sales transactions completely and accurately in Point of Sale system.
• Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
• Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighting packages and generating labels. This may require retrieving packages from customer's vehicle when requested.
• Process and document damaged shipments, late and lost package claims.
• Assist in merchandising the store, this can include - stocking shelves with product, ensuring clean and orderly appearance of product, informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for re-ordering supplies.
• Perform end of day duties: reconciliation of cash, checks, credit cards, and all other transactions accurately and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
• General housekeeping duties.

• Minimum of 1 year Customer service/ sales experience required.
• Point of Sale ("POS") and computer experience highly desirable.
• Ability to learn new software highly desirable.
• Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers and associates in person and over the phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish Bilingual employees are eligible for a shift differential and highly encouraged to apply
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Manual hand dexterity required to operate POS, copiers and binding machinery, packaging tools, and complete customer paperwork.
