**Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative at Northeast Title and Tag, you will be responsible for:

- Efficiently completing title transfers and submitting legal documentation to the DMV.

- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

- Providing accurate and complete information to customers.

- Effectively managing incoming calls and suggesting additional products and services.

- Upselling customers with other services offered by NETT & its affiliate companies.

**Requirements:**

We are looking for individuals who possess:

- Detail-oriented mindset.

- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Title Clerk experience (preferred, but not required).

- Willingness to travel to various locations and work Saturdays.

- Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred, but not required).
