Customer Service Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops service level standards focused on reducing response times and providing high customer satisfaction. Being a Customer Service Director establishes policies and procedures that produce high quality customer service delivery and that reflect industry best practices. Implements systems to capture and report on service metrics, including any customer feedback or trends in product or service issues. Additionally, Customer Service Director manages resource decision-making and planning. Aligns customer service activities and initiatives to support and enhance the objectives of the organization. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Customer Service Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Customer Service Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • Position Summary
    The Customer Service Representative will assist the insurance sales producers in maintaining insurance policies for clients.
    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    • Interact with insurance sales producers, clients and insurance carriers to provide coverage information and provide policy recommendations where necessary
    • Complete a variety of day-to-day client service transactions, including but not limited to endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations
    • Handle incoming claim calls from clients
    • Take premium payments from clients
    • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
    Other Responsibilities
    • Always provide outstanding customer service
    • Ability to be goal-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic
    • Available to travel, as needed.
    • Support and promote the Bank vision, mission and core values, organizational structure and policies and procedures.
    • Must have excellent analysis, observation and decision-making skills.
    • Highly focused, able to rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities and ensure resources are properly aligned.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for maintaining effective relationships with Board members, officers, employees, and members of the business and civic community.
    • Individual should be able to work under high pressure situations and a stressful atmosphere and then should remain composed.
    • Provide a strong, compassionate and visible leadership, which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects.
    • Comply with federal and state regulations as well as all established Bank policies and
    procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Strong organization and time-management skills.
    • Team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Flexibility, professionalism, ability to work in a highly stressful environment and perform a variety of tasks with numerous interruptions is necessary.
    • Positive attitude, self-motivator, goal-oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships.
    • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, preferred but not required
    • Ability to use a PC
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Must be able to be physically present in the office to perform job duties.
