Customer Service Director directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops service level standards focused on reducing response times and providing high customer satisfaction. Being a Customer Service Director establishes policies and procedures that produce high quality customer service delivery and that reflect industry best practices. Implements systems to capture and report on service metrics, including any customer feedback or trends in product or service issues. Additionally, Customer Service Director manages resource decision-making and planning. Aligns customer service activities and initiatives to support and enhance the objectives of the organization. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Customer Service Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Customer Service Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, BILINGUAL PROFICENCY IN ENGLISH & SPANISH, a strong customer service background, and the ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process incoming orders from business clients.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings.
    • Interact with clients via phone, email, and live chat/messaging to provide personalized assistance and answer inquiries.
    • Collaborate with clients to tailor orders according to their specific needs & preferences.
    • Monitor product availability and inform clients about stock levels, potential shortages, and estimated delivery times.
    • Address client concerns, maintain accurate records of client interactions, resolve complaints, and work closely with other departments to ensure prompt solutions.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell related products and introduce clients to new offerings that align with their business needs.
    • Gather feedback from clients to provide insights for improving products, services, and overall customer experience.
    • Work closely with the sales team, logistics, and warehouse personnel to streamline order fulfillment and ensure smooth operations.
    • Perform routine housekeeping in work area including desk, office, and bathrooms.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
