Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the first and last impression our customer gets of our business, the face of every center. The right candidate makes a good impression on the phone and in person to every pet and pet parent, and builds long-lasting relationships with new and old clientele. To this end, the CSR must present themselves and the center in a clean and professional manner at all times and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile!

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year

Essential Job Functions:

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general

questions

• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Scheduling
• File maintenance
• Data entry

Requirements:

: Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Computer skills
• Timekeeping
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to utilize multi-line phone
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to handle dogs on leashes
• Display professional manner at all times
