Customer Service Manager manages a team or unit of customer service representatives and ensures service levels are met or exceeded. Establishes efficient and balanced workflows that maximize efficiency and produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction. Being a Customer Service Manager monitors and measures service metrics and utilize to develop standards, improvements, or changes to process. Makes recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests. Additionally, Customer Service Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities:


    Greet customers with your warm, friendly voice as you handle their calls and inquiries. Your top-notch customer service and sales skills will brighten their day and boost our sales!

    Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrating empathy, and the eagerness to resolve their issues promptly.

    Guide customers towards suitable services, utilizing your sales skills to ensure they're receiving the best solutions while increasing company sales.

    Arrange service appointments like a maestro, seamlessly dispatching technicians according to availability, customer needs, and service urgency.

    Provide customers with accurate information about our services, prices, and appointments, utilizing your sales acumen to effectively upsell and cross-sell our services.

    Follow up with customers post-service, ensuring they're pleased with our service and encouraging them to consider additional services as needed.

    Handle complaints with grace and a solution-oriented mindset, using these opportunities to sell the value of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Stay up-to-date about our latest services, policies, and procedures to keep our customers well-informed and promote additional services.

    Other duties align with those typically associated with a Customer Service role in the residential service industry.



    Qualifications:


    Past experience in customer service and sales or inside sales, ideally in a service-focused industry.

    Ability to build strong relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities.

    You radiate positivity, work hard, and love making customers happy while also promoting our services and driving sales.
