The ideal candidate will have experience motivating, training, and directing staff to achieve stellar performance across all accounting and administrative objectives. Solid ability with bookkeeping, accounting and reporting is required.
Multiple systems are in use; therefore, you need to be adept at acquiring information and driving reporting from multiple sources. Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks required.
Every day is planned, organized, and complete before it starts. Tasks are orderly defined and set to be accomplished. A routine is in place and ready to be followed.
Then the day starts, planned things are happening – some of them – others have fallen apart. Now it is about juggling and solving puzzles - simultaneously. There is an urgency to accomplish many things all at once. There is a need to accomplish everything.
You need to stay calm while chaos swirls. It is your job, no, your mission to make chaos yield and order reign yet again. It will take most of your day.
