Customer Service Manager manages a team or unit of customer service representatives and ensures service levels are met or exceeded. Makes recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests. Additionally, Customer Service Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position: Sales Crew - Ticket & Merchandise Sales, Photographers, Greeters


    Essential Requirements:

      *Must be 18 years of age or older *Maintain a professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene *Exhibit a consistently professional demeanor *Possess a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills *Ability to communicate clearly and precisely over safety radio *Capable of providing clear and concise instructions to small groups *Effective verbal communication skills in person and over the phone *Proficient in computer skills, including Point of Sale (POS) systems *Demonstrated excellence in cash handling *Strong multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail *Safety-conscious and competent in demonstrating safety protocols *Ability to withstand physical demands of the position *Availability for hospitality hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays *Reside near the reservation area *Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test


    Work Environment:

    The role frequently involves exposure to outdoor weather conditions, occasionally including wet or humid conditions and temperatures exceeding 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The work environment typically maintains a moderate noise level. As a hospitality-oriented business, maintaining a hospitable service atmosphere is imperative at all times.


    Physical Demands:

    Candidates must be able to regularly lift and/or transport up to 60 pounds and maintain hydration in varied conditions. Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, are required. The position involves regular standing, walking, hand usage, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting, crawling, and verbal communication.


    Education/Training:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent


    Experience:

    Prior related experience, particularly in cash handling, is required. Experience in tourism/guest services or climbing/mountaineering is preferred.

    Preference in hiring is given to minimally qualified members of federally recognized Native American tribes.
