As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, or email
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding service availability, pricing, and delivery
- Utilize phone systems and transportation management software to track driver and update customers on their service ETA
- Enter data into our system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with dispatching drivers and managing routes using GPS technology
- Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and transportation management software
- Knowledge of the area and types of equipment needed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in dispatching or customer service roles is preferred
