Vogel Disposal Service, Inc. is seeking a customer service representative to work in our fast-paced call center environment and provide excellent customer service. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handle inbound calls for customers, such as service changes, service problems, payments, sales inquires for various services, and pricing. - Maintain excellent customer relations with existing customers to minimize customer loss. - Data entry. - Business appropriate written communications. - Interaction with operations, administrative, and sales staff as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Entry level to 1 year relevant work experience. - Phone experience in a call center or work environment. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. - MS Excel and MS Word. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - The job is normally performed indoors.
