We are looking to hire two Customer Service representatives. Must drive to the office in Cresco every day. POSITION TITLE: Customer service representative

WORK SCHEDULE: Full time- Monday to Friday

PAYROLL: $14-20/hr- with bonus potential

Turkey River Ag Sales is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to join our growing team with excellence in the Cresco, IA area. We are looking for someone passionate about productivity and organization while growing a young company.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: - This position currently reports to the CEO.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- High school diploma or equal

- Prior Agriculture experience or understanding

- Prior Customer service work is preferred

- Is a fast learner

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Ability to effectively utilize resources to solve issues, create solutions for customers, and document interaction.

- Ability to project a strong leadership image and foster a cooperative working relationship with co-workers and customers.

- Skilled in customer relations, strong business planning and implementation skills.

- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

- Well-developed written and verbal communication, listening, negotiating, and presentation skills.

- The ability to communicate in a straightforward fashion with co-workers, customers, sales and services

- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work. - Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

- The ability to monitor customers' grain and be able to react if there is an alarm

- Ability to create and manage maintenance service work.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Perform light physical work such as computer, reaching, standing, walking, and some farm shows or clinics.

- 100% in office with on-call rotation among CSRs to support our customer base

- 40 hours per week guaranteed except during a few busy seasons (harvest), in which it could exceed.
